Yeah you can use your freeroll money to play for real at Poker Rewards, as you can many of the other sites online.
At some sites there will be restrictions on withdrawals. Some may stipulate that a deposit is in order before you cashout. If you can build yourself a bankroll at a site however, making a minimum deposit to clear your funds isn't so much of a hindrance.
Basically, most sites will allow you to play with your freeroll winnings in cash games and tourneys and there are ways of moving your money around.
Each sites terms and conditions differ and it's just a case of having a quick read through the terms on their websites if you're unsure.
